When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive an automatic confirmation email when your order has left our Distribution Center. Once the carrier has picked up the package, please refer to their tracking features to get your parcel’s tracking progress.
How do I track my order?
We offer many ways to track your order. Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail with your shipment’s tracking number. You can also click on the above link which will prompt you to provide your order number. Another way would be to log on to your account and you will see under “My Orders” a link with your tracking information.
Why was my order canceled?
One reason would be that the item(s) sold out. Another reason would be that we were unable to verify the credit card information entered for the order. Please contact your bank to make sure that the credit card billing address and/or billing information matches what they have on file. In any case, you will receive an order cancelation email and the full amount of the order will be refunded back to the original form of payment used. Depending on your financial institution, refunds can take up to 15 days before posting to your account. If a gift card was used for the order, the full amount of the gift card will be re-instated and can be used for a future purchase.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes! Upon checkout, shipping costs will be added to your order. You should receive your order within 5-10 business days, but your order may be delayed due to the receiving country’s respective customs; border policy. Moreover, any item shipped outside of the United States, may be subject to additional customs fee charges (either customs fees, duties, VAT, taxes, and all other governmental charges) in which Olivia Care is not responsible. Import duties, taxes and/or charges are not included in the total cost of your order, and will not be covered nor reimbursed by Olivia Care.
Do you cover refund shipping fees?
Shipping fees are to be covered by the customer. In the event, that you received a damaged item, please take a picture that clearly shows the damage and contact us to discuss subsequent steps.
I am missing an item(s) from my order?
Please thoroughly inspect your order upon receipt and do inform us of any missed item(s) within 2 days of delivery.

One promise that we can comfortably make is that we will never compromise quality as the All-Natural lifestyle has been embedded in our roots for generations. In other words, our products are 100% All Natural and you can expect only the finest natural ingredients in our recipes.

Do you test your products on animals?
Absolutely NOT! Moreover, we condemn any entity that would do such a thing. We firmly refuse to conduct business with any vendor/supplier that does.
What type of payment method does Olivia Care accept?
We accept All major credit cards.
What are Final Sale items?
All items with prices ending in $ .98 are considered Final Sale and non-returnable.
Can I edit or cancel my order?
Given that we aim to get your products to you as quickly as possible, unfortunately it is not possible to change or cancel an order once it has been placed. Upon receipt of the order, please follow our Return Policy for instructions on how to return the order. Note: Please make sure to enter the correct shipping address as Olivia Care is not responsible for incorrect delivered shipments if the consumer inputted the wrong address information at the time of purchase
Can I apply multiple discount codes?
Discount codes cannot be multi-stacked or used in conjunction with other promotional codes.

What is your Refund/Exchange Policy?
We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please note, Olivia Care reserves the right to refuse all returns, re-shipments, and refunds. In the unlikely event that a product arrived damaged, the customer must contact customer service within 3 days of receipt. Customer must include photos of the issue along with the order confirmation received. Please note we can only accept item(s) that comply with our Return Policy as set forth hereinafter:

• Items must be received back to our Distribution Center within 30 days of the order delivery date.
• Items must be in the condition it was delivered – Open/Used Items are not eligible for refunds or e-credits.
• Items must be shipped in a way that the content be returned to us in its original state.
• You must include a completed return request along with the original packing slip.
• We strongly suggest that you keep any records of proof of postage and a tracking reference as Olivia Care is not responsible for any lost/stolen packages.
• You are responsible for covering any shipping costs to return your item(s).
• Final Sale or sale items are non-returnable.
• All returns are refunded in the form of an Olivia Care e-credit, some exceptions apply.
• Once your items are inspected by our team, you will get your refund typically within 5-10 business days.
• If you received a defective, damaged, or any item that was not part of your order it must be reported within 3 days of delivery, otherwise, you will not be granted a refund.
• We do not accept any return drop-offs at our Distribution Center.
• We do not issue refunds for fraudulent transactions.
How can I exchange a product?
We apologize for the inconvenience but we currently do not offer exchanges, all sales are final.
Can I return item(s) that were purchased from a reseller?
No, we only refund item(s) that were purchased from our website www.oliviacare.com. Please refer to our Refund Policy to see which items qualify.
