Shipping & Delivery

Shipping charges are a standard $8 for all orders* under $75. Olivia Care offers free shipping on all orders* over $75. Orders take 2-5 days to process plus about 5 business days for standard shipping. Business Days: Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States, as well as the day after Thanksgiving. We can not deliver shipments to PO Boxes. Second day and overnight delivery is available for an additional charge and these orders must be placed by phone by 7am Pacific Standard Time (PST) to be processed on the same business day.

Returns & Replacements

It is Olivia Care’s intention to satisfy our customers. For this reason, we will gladly issue a full refund to the original credit card for any unopened merchandise that is returned within 14 days of the date of purchase. After 14 days, a store credit or exchange will be issued for any unopened merchandise returned up to 30 days after purchase. There are no cash refunds. All items must be unopened and in new condition. To return phone or web orders, please contact Customer Service at (310) 649-4593 during open hours: Monday-Friday 9:00 am – 5:00, Saturday-Sunday: closed. Please allow two to four weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed.


Most orders are processed within 48 hours. Priority shipping orders received before 7:00am PST will be shipped the same day. Processing time does not include weekends or orders placed on Friday after 7am PST. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

Olivia Care accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. For security reasons your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. All purchases require bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized orders will be processed and shipped.
